If you’re not completely happy with your hair result, contact us within 14 days and allow us to redo your hair at no additional charge.
This also applies to our product range. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your products, simply bring them back into the salon within 14 days and allow us to replace with a more suitable option.

Our cancellation policy ensures our salon continues to run smoothly and we can offer the best experience for our clients and staff. Regular appointments are essential for maintaining hair health. Please be mindful that we experience exceptionally busy periods at certain times of the year. We recommend booking your appointment four weeks at minimum in advance to avoid disappointment.
During your service, all of our incredible stylists offer recommendations for maintaining your hair at home and products for at-home care. We also host regular free Sip & Learn events for our community where you can come along to learn tips for styling and managing your hair at home. We don’t require you to do anything special to prepare for your appointment. Simply come as you are and leave the hair magic and pampering to us!
Absolutely! We love when people give the gift of beautiful hair to a loved one. Gift vouchers for your chosen amount can be purchased either in person, or over the phone and picked up from the salon. Vouchers are redeemable for salon services or products from our retail store.
Yes! We are all about building lasting relationships at Salon Purpose and so, we reward our clients for their loyalty and support. Through our loyalty program, clients earn one Purpose Point for every $15 spent. Points add up to a free blowdry or haircut depending on the client’s choosing. Appointments vary in duration depending on your service, however our team pride ourselves on working fast! We know our beautiful clients are busy women and so we are mindful of your valuable time.
